Application aimed at Android devices totally focused on creating and controlling purchases with an intuitive user interface thatallows interaction between administrator and buyer.-ADMINISTRATOR FUNCTIONSBuyer user registration:The administrator may create new buyer users in charge of making the purchases assigned to them within the app.Buyer user deletion:The administrator may create new buyer users in charge of making the purchases assigned to them within the app.New purchase generation:Once the buyer user is created, the administrator can create a new purchase by assigning it to the created user, which will contain data such as the products, the quantity, the unit, the amount authorized for the purchase and some observations by the administrator.Cancellation of existing purchase:The administrator will be able to delete a purchase by clicking on it, as long as the status of this purchase is PENDING, otherwise, if the purchase has been accepted by the buyer and the status of the purchase has changed to IN PROGRESS, they will not be able to cancel it and will have have to wait until it is finished.-BUYER FUNCTIONSWhen a purchase has been created, the purchasing user will be able to see the generated purchase and accept it.
In this way, the status of the purchase will change to IN PROGRESS, and the administrator will be notified that the purchase has been accepted by the buyer.Once the purchase has been made by the buyer, he or she will verify the purchase by uploading a photograph as evidence, the name of the person receiving said purchase and the amount used.
In this way the purchase changes from IN PROGRESS status to DONE.PURCHASE TICKETCompleted purchase ticket:The proof of purchase view is a shared view for administrator and buyer, which shows the purchase data generated by the administrator and the purchase verification data by the buyer user.
This view attaches the purchase report if it exists and a photograph of evidence.
